About the Role:

NeoDym Technologies is looking for a motivated and experienced US Non - IT Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in full-cycle recruitment, working with Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients. Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Postgraduate qualification, if any, will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred candidate profile

- Good verbal and written communication skills




- Source and identify qualified non-IT consultants through job portals, vendor networks, and internal databases.
- Ability to work in US EST Night Shift.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
- Submit qualified consultant profiles and follow up for interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports. Work with Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients to obtain job requirements.
- Ensure timely submissions and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
