Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to manage, develop, and maintain the Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems Management Information System (MIS). The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights by compiling, analyzing, and reporting data to support decision-making and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management and Reporting:
- Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports using MIS tools and platforms.
- Gather data from various sources, ensure its accuracy, and create dashboards for performance tracking.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

- System Maintenance:

- Maintain and update the MIS infrastructure to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
- Suggest and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Business Support:

- Work closely with different departments (e.g., Sales, Operations.,) to understand their reporting needs.
- Develop and automate reports to optimize workflow and reduce manual efforts.

- Data Analysis:

- Analyze business trends, identify growth opportunities, and present findings to management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and ensure they align with organizational goals.

- Documentation and Training:

- Create and maintain documentation of MIS processes and reports.
- Train end-users on how to utilize MIS tools effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of databases and query languages (e.g., SQL).
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
