HC Robotics is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and support business growth through effective hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment databases, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure smooth candidate movement through the hiring process.
- Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and offer rollout.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring status reports.
- Prepare and share recruitment dashboards and periodic reports covering open positions, candidate pipeline, interview status, offer status, closure timelines,



and hiring metrics.
- Track recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer conversion ratio.
- Support walk-in drives, campus hiring initiatives, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-8 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment reporting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, hiring metrics, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
