Role & responsibilities :

- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure design implementation aligns with project requirements.
- Assist in material selection, BOQ preparation, and project documentation while maintaining quality standards and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 23 years of experience in Interior Design/Architecture projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop,



and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of construction details, materials, furniture design, and site execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
