End-to-end plant operations for a fully automated ice cream facility
Drive production efficiency, capacity utilization, and cost optimization
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources
Implement best practices in manufacturing, process improvement, and automation
Oversee maintenance and coordination with OEMs (
Ensure adherence to quality, food safety, and regulatory standards
Monitor KPIs related to productivity, wastage, and operational efficiency
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and technology adoption
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, SCM, Engineering, HR)
Preferred candidate profile
Must have experience in ice cream industry, with exposure to automated plant operations
Strong expertise in productivity improvement, cost control, and process optimization
Hands-on experience in handling advanced machinery and OEM coordination
Exposure to greenfield / brownfield projects will be an added advantage
Robust leadership and team management skills
Willingness to work in Hyderabad
Candidates with experience in modern / automated plants will be preferred
