Job Description

- Core expertise includes Java, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful web services, and frontend tools like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular
- Implement and optimize data persistence using MongoDB and other relevant databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery through CI/CD pipelines.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and OpenShift Container Platform.
- Follow DevOps practices for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and version control code using Git.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and ensure best practices in software development.

Mandatory Skills
6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
Strong proficiency in Java 8 or above.
Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as:
SQL Server
Oracle
MongoDB




Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Experience with Git-based version control systems.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.

Experience with Angular or React.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with JUnit/TestNG for unit testing.
Familiarity with Maven or Gradle.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or ELK.
