Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Custom Actions, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with ERP, CRM, Identity Management, Licensing Systems, and other third-party applications.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Flow Designer, Subflows, and Data Streams.
- Configure Transform Maps, Import Sets, and Data Sources for data migration and synchronization.
- Develop and manage APIs, webhooks,



and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, mTLS, and API Keys.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using ECC Queue, REST Message Logs, MID Server Logs, and System Logs.
- Ensure data quality, CMDB/CSDM alignment, security best practices, and reusable integration architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and maintain integration documentation.

Preferred Experience: ServiceNow IntegrationHub, ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, API Development, Enterprise Integrations, and ServiceNow Scripting.
