Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Define platform architecture, technical roadmap, and best practices.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead technical teams during design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Review solution designs, code quality, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Provide architectural guidance across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Mentor developers and technical leads on platform capabilities and implementation standards.
- Work closely with enterprise architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Drive platform upgrades, performance optimization, governance, and security compliance.
- Estimate project efforts,



manage risks, and support delivery planning.
- Participate in solution workshops, client discussions, and architecture reviews.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Platform Design.
- Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth, LDAP, SSO, and MID Server.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, platform governance, and instance strategy.
- Positive understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow
