About the Role

Join the Oracle Platform Engineering team at Milwaukee Tool, a global leader in innovation, quality, and industry-leading solutions. As an Oracle Fusion Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and continuously improving Oracle Fusion technical solutions across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), ERP, integrations, enterprise reporting, data movement, and platform extensions. Working alongside architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams, you'll help modernize our Oracle Cloud platform through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Oracle Redwood UX initiatives while delivering scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion technical solutions across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), ERP, and related Oracle Cloud modules.
- Develop enterprise reporting and data extraction solutions using BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC).
- Build, troubleshoot, and support FBDI data conversion and loading processes, ensuring reliable execution, validation, and error resolution.
- Configure and maintain Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS) jobs, scheduled processes, and automation supporting Oracle Fusion operations.
- Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including orchestrations, mappings, connections, lookups, monitoring, and production support.
- Develop and maintain applications and extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
- Support Oracle Redwood page customization and migration initiatives while ensuring maintainable, upgrade-compatible solutions.
- Develop and maintain Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) APIs and integration patterns to securely expose application data.
- Design, review, and optimize SQL and PL/SQL solutions supporting reporting, integrations, conversions, and application extensions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, architects,



business analysts, QA teams, support teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, deployment planning, release validation, production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture, development standards, security requirements, compliance, and operational best practices.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and guidance on Oracle Fusion reporting, integrations, and platform development.
- Create reusable development standards, documentation, onboarding materials, support procedures, and technical design patterns to improve engineering maturity.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, VBS, VBCS, FDI, BICC, and Redwood capabilities, recommending improvements that enhance platform performance and user experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle technical development, enterprise application development, integrations, reporting, or software engineering.
- Extensive experience developing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), ERP, and related Oracle Cloud modules.
- Expert-level experience with:
- FBDI
- OTBI
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC)

- Expert-level experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Experience with Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS), Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), Oracle Redwood page customization, and Redwood migration.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion integrations supporting Redwood implementations, break-fix activities,



and workarounds using REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and related technologies.
- Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Application Composer, Page Composer, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience supporting production environments, performing root cause analysis, and improving operational reliability of Oracle Fusion applications.
- Experience working within large enterprise Oracle SaaS environments supporting complex business processes.

Technical & Professional Skills

- Ability to provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring.
- Robust understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, release management, testing, documentation, security, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Experience developing reusable technical standards, engineering patterns, onboarding documentation, and operational support procedures.
- Experience supporting Oracle modernization initiatives, including Oracle Redwood migration and legacy customization reduction.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
- Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and advancing Oracle platform engineering capabilities.
