Experience: Min 4 - 8 Years in AR Denial Management
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Audit AR calling and denial management processes.
- Monitor quality and compliance with client guidelines.
- Provide feedback and prepare quality reports.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Ensure SLA and quality targets are achieved.
Requirements
- Experience in US Healthcare AR / Medical Billing QA.
- Quality Analyst on papers designated is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Denial Management and Insurance Follow-up.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
