We are hiring enthusiastic MBA Graduates (Any Domain) to join as Implementation Specialists for Cloudilya ERP. This role involves working closely with clients to understand requirements, support ERP implementation, configuration, training, and go-live activities. Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer implementation projects from initial kickoff through successful go-live.
- Understand customer requirements, business processes, and operational workflows.
- Configure Cloudilya modules and features based on customer needs.
- Coordinate data collection, validation, migration, and system setup activities.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with customers and stakeholders.
- Create implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and status updates.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT),
and issue tracking.
- Provide customer training sessions and support during onboarding.
- Assist users with platform navigation, workflows, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate implementation documentation and customer records.
- Monitor implementation progress and proactively address risks or delays.
- Gather customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with internal teams.
- Support continuous improvement of implementation processes.
