Operate CNC Wire Cut EDM machines for precision machining.
- Set up workpieces, fixtures, and machine parameters as per job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and process sheets.
- Perform wire threading, alignment, and offset setting.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC Wire Cut EDM machine operation.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
- Basic understanding of G-code/M-code (preferred).
- Knowledge of wire threading, flushing, and spark gap settings.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
