Key Responsibilities

Overview:

Drive product specifications for construction chemical solutions by engaging consultants, architects, and key stakeholders, and support conversion into business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop in-depth understanding of product portfolio including waterproofing systems, Industrial & Commercial Flooring, protective coatings, repairs, sealants, grouts, and concrete admixtures

Drive product specifications by engaging with architects, consultants, PMC teams, and government departments

Collaborate with sales teams to identify and target key projects for specification inclusion

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and seminars for stakeholders

Analyse project requirements and recommend suitable construction chemical solutions

Support clients and consultants in product selection and application methods

Preparation and submission of Product compliance sheet to sales team

Prepare and deliver technical documentation with support from Product Management team such as datasheets, Technical Specifications, BOQ , method statements, and case studies

Work closely with R&D; and product teams to provide market feedback and support new product development

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, and key influencers





Track specification pipeline and ensure conversion into business opportunities

Skills Required:

Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

Technical understanding of construction chemicals

Specification selling and Key owner Management

Strong communication and presentation skills

Influencing the decision making process and building relationship with specifiers

Section III: Job Requirements

Education Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Business, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Robust knowledge of waterproofing, coatings, grouts, sealants, and admixtures

Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project lifecycle

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with CRM tools and technical documentation

Travel Requirement:

Frequent travel within assigned region for client meetings, site visits, and seminars
