Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
* 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in handling Salesforce/ Cloud CRM data/org migration
* Knowledge of salesforce data cloud would be an added advantage
* Have substantial hands-on experience with at least one ETL tool (e.g., Informatica, Talend, or SSIS).
* Positive to have experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
* Good understanding of python as a programing language
* Should understand Salesforce API limits and concurrent limits
* Understanding of Salesforce Data cloud will be a bonus
* Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, good experience in gathering business requirement, drive design discussions from USI and guides Functional Team in decision making for Data mgmt. activities.
* Extensive experience working across teams and operating in an Agile Scrum culture
* A firm sense of accountability and ownership
