Candidate should be M.Pharmacy with 3 to 5 years of experience in F & D from a reputed USFDA company.
- Develop and optimize Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulations including tablets, capsules, and modified-release products.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies, excipient compatibility studies, and prototype formulation development.
- Execute formulation trials, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
- Support technology transfer of products from R&D; to manufacturing.
- Prepare formulation development reports, protocols, batch manufacturing records, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with Analytical R&D;, Production, QA, and Regulatory Affairs for product development and dossier support.
- Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues during development and exhibit batches.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EU, WHO).
