- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates for bulk hiring projects.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and ensuring timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (volume hiring).
- Solid understanding of headhunting techniques and ability to source passive candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, Shine.com etc.
