Research & Development (R&D;)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, improve, and validate formulations for construction chemical products such as waterproofing systems, flooring, industrial coatings, repair & rehabilitation products, sealants, adhesives, grouts, and admixtures.

- Conduct laboratory trials, raw material evaluations, product performance testing, and plant trials.

- Support product scale-up, technical troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement.

- Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with relevant quality and industry standards.

Desired Profile

- B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Tech/M.Tech (Chemical/Polymer Engineering), or related qualification.

- 2–15+ years of R&D; experience in construction chemicals, paints & coatings, adhesives, polymers, or specialty chemicals.

- Hands-on experience in product formulation, new product development, resin/polymer chemistry (Epoxy, PU, Acrylic, Cementitious systems), and laboratory testing.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
