- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in MEP site execution.
- Specific experience in luxury Villa projects is mandatory.
- Proven ability to coordinate HVAC, domestic water, and electrical services for independent units.
- Experience in sub-contractor management and material reconciliation.
