Job Title: Senior Consultant Performance Testing

Job Type: Full Time

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days per week Work From Office)

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Gurgaon, Pune

Role Purpose

Responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test solutions to validate application scalability, reliability, and stability. Analyze performance bottlenecks, support optimization efforts, and ensure applications meet defined performance and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities





- Design and execute Load, Stress, Spike, Volume, and Endurance testing.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand performance requirements, SLAs, and NFRs.
- Monitor applications using Dynatrace and perform root cause analysis for performance issues.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Work closely with Development, Infrastructure, DBA, and DevOps teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Support performance testing within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Contribute to performance testing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Solid hands-on experience with Apache JMeter.
- Experience with Dynatrace APM.
- Knowledge of Performance Engineering and NFR validation.
- Experience in Load, Stress, Spike, Volume, and Soak Testing.
- Understanding of SQL performance analysis and application tuning.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD integration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to cloud-based applications and microservices architecture.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and drive testing best practices.
