The HR Facilitator will support the Business HRBP in executing HR initiatives and ensuring seamless delivery of people processes across the assigned business/function. The role acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers for day-to-day HR operations while enabling the HRBP to focus on strategic business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Employee Connect during joining, induction and onboarding.
- Support exit interviews and closure of separation formalities.
Business HR Support
- Assist the Business HRBP in implementing HR policies and initiatives.
- Coordinate manpower movements and maintain employee records.
- Track organisational changes and update HR systems accordingly.
- Support workforce planning and hiring coordination with Talent Acquisition.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance management timelines and communication.
- Follow up with managers and employees on goal setting, reviews and appraisals.
- Maintain performance-related reports and dashboards.
Employee Engagement
- Support engagement initiatives, recognition programmes and employee events.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and analysing feedback.
- Coordinate communication related to HR initiatives.
Employee Relations
- Address routine employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Escalate complex employee concerns to the Business HRBP.
- Support disciplinary processes and documentation when required.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate learning nominations and training logistics.
- Track completion of mandatory learning programmes.
- Support implementation of capability-building initiatives.
- On-time completion of HR processes
- Employee query resolution within defined SLAs Life cycle
- Performance management completion rates
- Engagement activity execution
- Quality and timeliness of HR MIS
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
- Graduate with relevant HR experience may also be considered
Required Skills
- Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and HRMS
