Organization / Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to join our engineering team. In this role, you will serve as a key technical authority designing scalable solutions, driving code quality, and mentoring the next generation of engineers while collaborating directly with Director-level stakeholders.

What you have

Key responsibilities:

- Architect & Design Lead technical design sessions, produce solution architecture proposals, and evaluate trade-offs across system components
- Develop Build and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java / Spring Boot and .NET frameworks
- Troubleshoot & Debug Diagnose complex production issues across multi-tier distributed systems and drive root cause resolution
- Lead & Mentor Provide technical guidance and hands-on mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers; conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards
- Collaborate with Leadership Translate technical complexity into business context for Director-level stakeholders; participate in roadmap planning and effort estimation
- Drive Engineering Excellence Champion best practices in CI/CD, security, testing, and code quality across the team

What You'll Bring.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on expertise in Java / Spring Boot and/or .NET (C#)
- Proven experience leading technical design and architecture decisions for enterprise applications




- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills across complex, distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and elevate team capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior or Director-level audiences
- Experience with RESTful API design, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands on experience in AI/LLMs including creating agents and prompts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, etc.)
- Experience in financial services, regulated industries, or high-availability systems
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevSecOps practices
- Knowledge of security standards and remediation practices (OWASP, SAST/DAST tooling)
- Agile/SAFe delivery experience.
