Identity and Access Management is seeking a Senior Manager Security Engineering for leading a team of IAM engineers and analysts while coordinating execution across onsite and offshore teams. This role focuses on daytoday delivery management for IAM platforms and services, ensuring tasks are driven to closure, controls are met, and associates are coached to grow technically and professionally. The position supports operational stability today, with a clear path toward broader IAM or security leadership role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop SailPoint engineering and operations teams.
- Establish career development plans, succession planning, and mentoring programs
- Manage performance, goal setting, feedback, and employee engagement.
- Provide technical direction for Application onboarding, Connector development, Identity lifecycle automation, Roles and entitlement governance, Provisioning and reconciliation services, API and enterprise integrations.
- Partner with architects and security engineering teams to align SailPoint strategy with enterprise IAM architecture.

- Drive automation and reduce manual overhead through engineering solutions.
- Own SailPoint operational support model and service reliability.
- Lead major incident management and escalations.
- Review root cause analyses and drive permanent corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, SLOs, change management, and operational controls.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness standards.
- Lead access review, certification, segregation-of-duty, and governance initiatives.
- Present platform health, risks, and strategic updates to senior leadership

What you have

Required Qualifications:

- Prior experience managing or supporting IAM platforms




- Proven ability to lead or mentor technical associates in an executionfocused environment.
- Experience with Change Management and On-Call process
- Solid skills in task coordination, delivery tracking, and driving work to completion.
- Experience operating within onsite/offshore or distributed team models.
- Clear communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualification:

- 12+ years experience in Information Security field, Information Technology field
- Familiarity with identity lifecycle, access controls, and security operations processes
- Familiarity with change, incident, and problem management processes
- Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, both oral and written skills are required
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
