Required Skills :-

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Product Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar role supporting software development teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience managing product backlogs and translating business requirements into technical user stories.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar observability/monitoring platforms
- Working knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including ability to query, filter, aggregate, and interpret semi-structured data.
- Ability to facilitate discussions across business and technical teams and drive consensus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to decompose complex requirements into manageable work items.
- Experience creating process flows, system diagrams, use cases, data mappings, and functional specifications.
- Working knowledge of APIs, microservices, databases, cloud technologies, and modern application architectures.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, GitHub, or similar Agile delivery platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Executes strategies to safeguard business assets by integrating current best practices
- Implements advanced strategies to generate deeper data insights
- Utilizes analytics tools to generate impactful graphical data representations




- Applies measurement systems to assess performance and address process issues

Preferred Skills:-

- Financial services or fintech industry experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms, workflow systems, orchestration solutions, or operational automation initiatives.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data marts, and reporting layers.
- Experience with MongoDB aggregation pipelines, JSON data structures, and event-based data analysis.
- Ability to combine data from multiple sources to create end-to-end views of process health, delivery status, or platform performance.
- SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis certifications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and Test-Driven Development.
- Conducts in-depth analysis, evaluates factors, and influences decisions with insights
