- Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular IT audits to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy secure solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices to senior management.
Job Requirements :
- 12-18 years of experience in IT Security or related field (BFSI).
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application in an IT setting.
- Proven track record in conducting IT audits and developing comprehensive reports.
- Excellent visualization skills for presenting complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
