Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled React Native Lead with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering high-performance cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in React Native, proven leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of mobile application architecture, API integration, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
- Lead the end-to-end mobile application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver scalable and user-friendly mobile solutions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful Web Services to ensure seamless communication between mobile applications and backend systems.




- Implement and maintain integrations with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), MoEngage, and payment gateways.
- Build, test, debug, and deploy applications using React Native CLI, Microsoft Visual Studio, Xcode, and Android Studio.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability across both Android and iOS platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote coding standards and best practices within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring high code quality and application reliability.
- Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, React Native advancements, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
