Role & responsibilities

- Should have minimum of 2 years of experience in Working on Siemens PCS7
- Should have knowledge on Siemens Simatic Batch (Preferable to develop recipes as per the process)
- Experience in designing various automation architectures as per the site conditions and Process Control Systems of different System Integrators and system Functionalities considering GxP requirement.
- Knowledge and Experience in executing of various networking protocols, Network topologies and ability to select the network protocol that suits the particular process or applications as per the site conditions.
- Should have knowledge on Servers and its configuration, knowledge on Virtual machine is preferable
- Design & implementation of robust instrumentation system in compliance with positive manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Good understanding in executing calibration and their functionality of different type of process measuring instruments as per GMP and GEP.




- Completing capital projects (new projects / project expansions / up-gradation of existing facilities) on time and within the approved budget.
- Responsible for timely completion of projects to meet the company objectives.
- Responsible for qualification & documentation related process control systems / computerized systems in engineering projects.
- Responsible to build a good working relation with cross functional & inter departmental teams.
- Responsible for the preparation, controlling & monitoring of CAPEX.
- Responsible to support any cross-functional department requirement such as work related to Instrumentation and Automation projects.
- To ensure compliance with Site Quality Procedures and Systems.
- To ensure computer system compliance in line with site Quality systems.

Should be capable of executing automation projects individually.
