About The Role:

The Manager IT & Non-IT Procurement will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing, contract finalization, vendor performance management, and Capex & Opex procurement across Tanla Group services.

This role will oversee ARC (Annual Rate Contracts), long-term and short-term strategic contracts for IT, HR, Admin and other business functions, while ensuring cost optimization, compliance, quality standards, and long-term supplier partnerships.

The position will play a critical role in procurement governance, negotiation strategy, ERP contract management, and supplier performance monitoring to drive operational excellence and business value.

What youll be Responsible for:

Strategic Sourcing:

- Select appropriate bidding processes based on category requirements.
- Prepare vendor evaluation criteria and selection strategy.
- Lead preparation of RFI/RFP documents including commercial and compliance requirements.
- Identify and shortlist vendors through market analysis and internal database review.
- Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations including deviation analysis.
- Organize pre-bid meetings and clarify vendor queries.
- Prepare commercial estimates including indirect costs, overheads, margins, and contingencies.
- Conduct fact-based negotiations to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.

Contract Preparation & Order Placement:

- Prepare and finalize contract documents as per standard templates and protocols.
- Ensure contract setup and documentation in ERP systems.
- Issue Purchase Orders under valid rate contracts.
- Execute preparation and issuance of rate contracts based on approved NFAs.

Post Order Management:

- Prepare billing breakups and upload into ERP systems.
- Resolve vendor and stakeholder queries during order execution.




- Supervise change orders including rate variations, quantity changes, and extensions.
- Ensure proper contract closure and documentation compliance.

Quality Assurance:

- Evaluate procured materials/services against defined standards and initiate corrective actions where necessary.

Supplier Management:

- Monitor vendor performance and provide structured performance feedback.
- Conduct improvement discussions for underperforming vendors.
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships for sustained business value.
- Drive benchmarking and value engineering initiatives for cost optimization.

What should We look in you?

- BE / B.Tech with 8 - 10 years of experience in IT & Non-IT Procurement and Operations.
- Experience in Telecom, IT, or Financial Services industry preferred.
- Strong experience in Capex & Opex procurement (Servers, Laptops, Software, Licenses, Networking equipment).
- Hands-on exposure to ERP systems and procurement governance processes.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proven vendor performance management expertise.
- Strong analytical, benchmarking, and cost optimization mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.
- Self-starter with proactive, ethical, and balanced decision-making approach.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and vendor ecosystems effectively.
