Experience Required:

- Coders: Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience
- QA & Trainers: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Supervisors: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience

Eligibility:

- Any Graduation
- Any Medical Coding Certification
- For Denials (Multi Speciality Appeals): B.Sc Nursing is Mandatory
- Relieving Letter is Mandatory
- Immediate Joiners to 2 Months Notice Period are acceptable

Job Description (JD):

Medical Coder

- Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT/HCPCS codes.




- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with client and payer guidelines.

Quality Analyst (QA):

- Audit coded charts for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify coding errors and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor quality metrics and prepare audit reports.

Trainer:

- Deliver training sessions for current hires and experienced coders.
- Conduct refresher programs and quality improvement sessions.
- Prepare training materials and assess trainee performance.

Supervisor:

- Lead and manage coding teams.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Coach team members and support operational excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure smooth project delivery.
