Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Build and maintain AI/ML pipelines and integrate LLM APIs into Alter Domus products.
2. Develop agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and MCP/A2A protocols.
3. Connect AI assistants to enterprise systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices.
4. Rapidly prototype AI solutions using low-code studios and AI-assisted coding tools.
5. Write unit/integration tests and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Docker and Kubernetes.
6. Tune prompts, iterate on prototypes, and support knowledge base vectorization initiatives.

Job Requirements :

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
2. Experience building agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
3. Hands-on experience with vector databases like Pinecone or Qdrant and strong NLP/RAG knowledge.
4. Proficiency in REST APIs and microservice architecture for enterprise system integration.
5. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker & Kubernetes).
6. Robust skills in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs using APIs like Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.
