What you have

Required Skills :-

- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of development using a Microsoft technology stack, including .NET and C# with exposure to financial industry
- 2+ years of experience with containerized platform such as Pivotal Cloud foundry (PCF)
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Strong experience with object-oriented programming concepts, including algorithms and data structures. Strong experience writing unit and integration tests.
- Experience with scripting languages and efficient storage and retrieval techniques
- Exposure in Tools such as GitHub, Jira, Rally.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or equivalent) to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency within the SDLC.
- Practical understanding of Generative AI concepts and how to apply them responsibly in day-to-day engineering workflows, including code generation, refactoring, documentation, and test support.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in AI-augmented development environments, leveraging AI tools while maintaining strong engineering judgment, code reviews, and quality standards.
- Experience applying automation and AI-driven approaches to improve existing systems, workflows, or operational processes.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging AI capabilities, tooling,



and industry best practices relevant to software development and system modernization.
- Experience with Messaging technologies such as kafka/MQSome exposure/knowledge of AI & AI based automation (exposure to GitHub Copilot preferred along with some Python skills)
- Proven track record of delivering on the design & development of complex, enterprise-level software systems and in providing exemplary support post-deployment/Production Support & Remediation.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills :-

- Experience as a developer on an agile scrum team is a plus.
