Role Overview:

An SAP Success Factors Replication Consultant (Integration), you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting middleware integrations and master data replication between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors (Employee Central), and downstream payroll or 3rd-party systems using tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and the Business Integration Builder (BIB). Core focus is on establishing seamless data flow, master data synchronization, and automated replication routines to keep HR data harmonized across complex enterprise environments. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in SAP S4 HCM to support hybrid and transformation landscape integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integration & Replication: Design and configure end-to-end integration interfaces and maintain automated routines using the Business Integration Builder (BIB).
- Middleware Utilization: Build and monitor integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), API management, SFTP, and OData to link SuccessFactors modules to on-premises systems and 3rd-party vendors.
- SAP HCM / Payroll: Competence with SAP HR data structures, Infotypes, and standard integration add-ons (PA_SE_IN).
- Integration Tools: Familiarity with Web services, REST/OData APIs, SOAP, and basic scripting/data transformation languages (like Python) is advantageous.
- Master Data Mapping: Map employee core data, organizational structures,



and HR lifecycle events between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Workshops & Design: Conduct business requirement workshops, establish architectural proof of concepts, and document detailed configuration workbooks.
- Testing & Defect Resolution: Develop and execute test cases for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and data validation.
- Go-Live Support: Support production cutover activities, data reconciliation, post-go-live hyper care, and audit procedures.
- Work on SAP S4 HCM components such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and integrate core HR processes with Employee Central.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on functional consulting experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central/Replications & minimum 2 years experience in SAP HCM core modules.

Implementation Lifecycle: Must have successfully completed at least 1 to 2 end-to-end (E2E) SAP Success Factors implementations.

Certifications: Valid SAP/Success Factors certification is mandatory

Methodology: Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology, Agile project delivery, and configuration management.
