Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of KYC/AML projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Provide leadership to project teams, setting goals, objectives, and expectations for successful project outcomes.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive stakeholder engagement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging threats.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 14-20 years of experience in financial crimes management (FCC), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti Money Laundering (AML), Transaction Monitoring (TM).

- Strong understanding of AML regulations and their application in various industries.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
