Job Title: OpenText AppWorks (BPM) Developer / Support Analyst

Job Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced OpenText AppWorks (BPM) Developer/Support Analyst to design, develop, and support workflow-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OpenText AppWorks/Process Suite, solid workflow development skills, and exposure to Finance processes such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Accruals.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using OpenText AppWorks (Process Suite/BPM).
- Support and enhance finance-related workflow applications.
- Develop workflows for:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Billing Processes
- Accrual Calculations & Approvals
- Integrate applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Perform performance tuning and application optimization.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production support.
- Work with databases for data validation and application support.
- Integrate with enterprise applications including SAP Finance or Oracle Financials where required.
Required Skills:-
- 4+ years of experience in OpenText AppWorks / OpenText Process Suite / OpenText BPM.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN and workflow design.
- Experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
- Basic UI customization using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong SQL skills (Oracle or SQL Server).
- Experience in debugging, issue analysis, and production support.
- Good understanding of workflow-based enterprise applications.
Preferred Skills:-
- Exposure to SAP Finance or Oracle Financials.
- Experience with OpenText Content Server or other Document Management Systems.
- Knowledge of Finance business processes.
