About the Role

Join the Quality Engineering team at Milwaukee Tool, a global leader in innovation, quality, and industry-leading solutions. As a Senior Oracle Automation Tester (TOSCA), you'll play a key role in driving high-quality test automation across Oracle Fusion applications and enterprise integrations. Leveraging your expertise in Tricentis TOSCA, you'll help ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of business-critical Oracle Cloud solutions by developing scalable automation frameworks, validating end-to-end business processes, and supporting enterprise-wide release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, enhance, and execute Tricentis TOSCA automation test suites for Oracle Fusion applications and integrations.
- Design and develop reusable automation test cases and components aligned with enterprise automation framework standards.
- Validate end-to-end regression workflows across Oracle Fusion modules and integrated enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with functional testers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into automated test scenarios.
- Support regression, soak testing, and release validation through automated test execution.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage, reusability, maintainability, and optimization of automation assets.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution design discussions to ensure automation readiness and coverage.
- Validate APIs, interfaces, and data flows using automation and supporting testing tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the enterprise automation framework, testing standards, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Quality Engineering, Software Engineering,



Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA, including automation development, execution, maintenance, and framework enhancement.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion applications and enterprise integrations.
- Proven experience working within enterprise automation frameworks and shared regression suites.
- Robust understanding of test automation design principles, reusable automation architecture, and best practices.
- Experience automating Oracle Fusion applications and business workflows.
- Experience validating integrations between Oracle Fusion and:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, SCM, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Financials)
- Global Trade Management (GTM)

- Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes and integrated system workflows.
- Experience with API testing, including REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON validation.
- Experience supporting Oracle quarterly regression cycles, release validation, and production readiness activities.
- Experience with integration testing and enterprise data validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
- Experience using test management or defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps,



Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Understanding of enterprise application architecture and SaaS ecosystems, including Oracle Cloud or comparable enterprise platforms.
