Job Description

This is a Non-Voice Claims Process involving the review of insurance documents. The role includes identifying discrepancies using basic manual testing concepts and reporting findings to the team lead.

Eligibility

- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
- Good reading & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel
- Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, weekends & holidays
- Graduates/Postgraduates (Technical degrees such as BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA are not eligible)
- Ex-Optum employees/contractors are not eligible
