Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for KLRs products and business divisions.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across various online platforms to generate brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage and monitor the company’s social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate and organize participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and business events.
- Act as a bridge between the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives and sales targets.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to create product promotions, customer engagement campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
- Manage website content updates and improve digital presence through SEO and other marketing initiatives.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, videos, and promotional materials for products and events.
- Monitor digital marketing performance metrics and submit periodic reports to management.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities to enhance market reach and brand positioning.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners,



and event organizers whenever required.

Desired Skills

- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience in social media management and brand communication.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Event management and exhibition planning experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Brand Management.
- Experience in industrial products, manufacturing, mining, infrastructure, or B2B marketing will be preferred.
