Office Timings: Monday to Friday 09:30 AM to 07:00 PM and Saturday 09:30 AM to 01:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, robust sourcing capabilities, excellent candidate coordination skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT requirements across Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent staffing.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases.

Perform strong Boolean search and sourcing techniques

Conduct initial HR screening to assess technical skills, communication, experience, and role suitability.

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth scheduling and timely follow-ups.

Act as the primary point of contact for client and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Regularly follow up with client and candidates regarding interview feedback, offer status,



joining formalities, and onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful closures.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Required Skills:

3-4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

Hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent Staffing.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring.

Experience sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.

Excellent client coordination and candidate relationship management skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR is an added advantage).

Prior experience in domestic IT recruitment

Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates preferred
