Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused Chartered Accountant to join our founding team. As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening operations, building customer relationships, leading teams, and representing Bookxpert in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the company's vision, strategy, and business growth.
- Meet clients, understand their business needs, and present Bookxpert's services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, auditors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and improve service delivery, SOPs, and operational processes.
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure service excellence.
- Monitor business performance, budgets, and key operational metrics.
- Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to acquire and retain customers.
- Represent Bookxpert at client meetings, business events, seminars, colleges, and networking forums.
- Build a professional presence through public speaking,



LinkedIn, webinars, and social media to strengthen the Bookxpert brand.
- Travel as required for client meetings, business development, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and business scalability.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification practice experience.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Compliance, Audit, and Financial Advisory.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
- Confident in public speaking and representing the company professionally.
- Active or willing to build a professional presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
- Startup experience or fundraising exposure is an added advantage.
