OFFICIAL JOB SPECIFICATION Experience: 8 to 10 Years Department: Information Technology / Operations Location: Full-Time / Flexible Reports To: Director of IT / CTO POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled, energetic, and forward-thinking IT Infrastructure Manager with 8 to 10 years of progressive experience to oversee, optimize, and secure our enterprise technology environment. This critical leadership role requires a rare blend of deep multi-cloud technical expertise, advanced network engineering capability, and rigid cybersecurity compliance management. The ideal candidate will architect and manage our next-generation cloud infrastructure, implement strict governance policies (such as SOC 2), champion corporate web/content security filters, and secure modern corporate messaging systems against complex threats. You will serve as the technical anchor for enterprise architecture, balancing high uptime with robust security. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Multi-Cloud Architecture & Administration Architect, configure, scale, and maintain public cloud infrastructure across major hyper-scalers, predominantly Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. Manage cloud IAM policies, cost optimization initiatives, resource provisioning (IaaS/PaaS), and disaster recovery exercises across multi-region workloads. Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards and automated provisioning architectures where applicable. 2. Enterprise Security, Governance & Compliance Serve as the technical lead for achieving, maintaining, and auditing SOC 2 Type II certification across infrastructure, operations, and organizational access controls. Design, configure, and continually monitor network edge filters,



Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and corporate proxy/DNS layers to execute effective website blacklisting and content control policies. Implement and govern Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and identity security boundaries. • • • • • • Confidential - Internal HR Document Page 1 of 3 3. Advanced Network Engineering & Connectivity Design, deploy, and troubleshoot mission-critical Site-to-Site VPNs (S2SVPN) to seamlessly connect corporate offices, remote data centers, and multi-cloud virtual networks. Manage enterprise routers, switches, SD-WAN devices, and firewalls ensuring consistent routing protocols, high availability, and minimal latency. 4. Email Security & Domain Authentication Own and fortify enterprise email deliverability and security layers by comprehensively administering DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), SPF (Sender Policy Framework), and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) records. Defend organization email surfaces against sophisticated phishing, spoofing, business email compromise (BEC), and spam techniques. 5. Operations & Systems Management Tooling Oversee the suite of configuration management, monitoring, and patch management tools to guarantee 99.9% uptime for core infrastructures. Supervise system alerts,



log management pipelines, and infrastructure health metrics using industrystandard APM and monitoring suites. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES AWS Architecture Azure Administration Site-to-Site VPN (IPsec) SOC 2 Compliance DKIM / SPF / DMARC DNS Filter & Blacklisting Cisco / Palo Alto Firewalls Active Directory / Entra ID SIEM / EDR Administration Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 8 to 10 years of dedicated experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Cloud Operations, with at least 23 years in a team lead or management capacity. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or equivalent work experience. Cloud Proficiency: Deep practical familiarity with both AWS (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM) and Azure (Virtual Networks, App Services, Entra ID, Azure Monitor). Security Mindset: Hands-on familiarity preparing infrastructure artifacts for internal/external audits (specifically SOC 2 or ISO 27001).
