About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Developer with 3–4 years of qualified experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js and Next.js, with a proven ability to build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product stakeholders, to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences while following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Build reusable, modular, and scalable UI components using React.js and Next.js.
- Implement efficient state management using Redux and Redux Toolkit.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, speed, and scalability across multiple browsers and devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.




- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Extensive experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Solid understanding of Redux and Redux Toolkit for state management.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
- Experience with component-based architecture and modern frontend development workflows.
- Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs.
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques and browser compatibility.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with UI component libraries or design systems such as Material UI, Ant Design, or similar.
