Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Test Engineer with 9+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing, test planning, defect management, API/integration testing, and exposure to Tricentis Tosca or similar automation tools. The role involves working closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure high-quality software releases.Key Responsibilities

- Develop test strategies, test plans, and release testing approaches.
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute Functional, Exploratory, Regression, and Risk-Based Testing activities.
- Perform API, Integration, and Data Validation Testing to ensure end-to-end business process quality.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
- Support and maintain automated test suites using Tosca or similar automation tools.
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and release-readiness updates.




- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of proven experience in Software QA and Testing.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) from a recognized institution.
- Solid experience in Manual Testing and Software Quality Assurance.
- Expertise in:
- Functional Testing
- Exploratory Testing
- Regression Testing
- Risk-Based Testing
- API & Integration Testing
- Data Validation Testing

- Ability to create test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong defect management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with Tosca or comparable test automation tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar test management/defect tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Lending, or Loan IQ applications.
- Exposure to CI/CD and release management practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise application testing and quality governance.
