Relevant experience in SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking Solution Architect
Certified in Time Tracking and Time Off modules.

- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Time Off implementations, enhancements and support.
- Oversees project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Ensure seamless data flow with all the systems.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients on workforce time management best practices and SAP innovations.
- Provide guidance to the implementation and upgrade projects.
- Collaborate with functional/technical consultants, developers & testers to ensure solution integrity.
- Analyzes HR business processes and aligns them with SuccessFactors modules.
- Works closely with HR teams to ensure user adoption and training.
