- Prior experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Supervisor, Student Coordinator, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, patient, and approachable personality.
- Ability to handle students firmly but respectfully.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage emergencies and handle situations calmly.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule as required by hostel operations.
