- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory.
- Configure and support Outlook, Teams, VPN, and remote access tools.
- Perform system upgrades, software installations, and security patching.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
