Role Overview:

We're looking for a passionate and energetic People & Culture Partner to help create an engaging, high-performance workplace. This role will own key people initiatives across the employee lifecyclefrom onboarding and engagement to learning, recognition, communication, and employee relations.

You'll work closely with leaders to build a culture where people feel connected, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Experience

- Own the employee experience from onboarding through exit.
- Design and continuously improve the onboarding journey.
- Conduct onboarding feedback reviews and implement improvements.
- Enhance employee touchpoints across the employee lifecycle.

Employee Engagement

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Organise celebrations, cultural events, and team activities.




- Drive wellness programmes and team-building initiatives.
- Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

Internal Communication

- Publish internal communications and employee updates.
- Support leadership communication initiatives.
- Drive culture-building and employee awareness campaigns.

Employee Relations

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions.
- Support conflict resolution and recommend appropriate actions.
- Escalate sensitive matters while maintaining confidentiality.

Rewards & Recognition

- Manage employee recognition programmes.
- Celebrate employee milestones and achievements.
- Track programme participation and recommend improvements.

Learning & Development

- Identify employee learning and development needs.
- Coordinate internal and external learning initiatives.
- Track learning participation and development progress.

Employee Listening

- Conduct pulse surveys and feedback initiatives.
- Analyse employee feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with leaders to implement action plans.

Preferred Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee engagement or people experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust event planning and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Experience with HRIS tools and employee engagement platforms is an advantage.
