We have urgent opening for Creative Architect in Hyderabad with one of our well known clients into Construction of Luxury Villas.Role & responsibilities Creative Architect (Managing Business / Principal SME)The Big Picture: Lead the Product Design Studio as the creative brain and chief storyteller for sustainable communities (agrihoods, eco-housing). This is a strategic role focused on defining what is built and why it mattersnot a technical drawing or project management role.Core Responsibilities

- Vision & Concept: Design the look, feel, and spatial narratives for recent residential (e.g., luxury villas, agrihoods) and commercial concepts (eco-schools, town centers).
- Sales Enablement: Translate architectural ideas into simple, compelling buyer stories and own the Detailed Product Report (DPR) to unlock revenue pipeline.
- Quality Gatekeeper: Enforce and scale the signature 4Q design framework across all project stages (concept to execution).
- Regional Growth: Architect the 15-year master plan for the Eco Hub, turning it into a replicable expansion template for Business Development.
- Future Tech & Pipeline: Lead feasibility testing for future pipeline projects and evaluate advanced green building tech (modular housing, engineered timber).
- Studio Leadership:



Build a high-output studio culture and act as the Client's creative voice at industry forums.

Explicit Scope ExclusionsYou do NOT own: Production of technical drawings (MEP, structural), contractor/sub-consultant project management, construction site supervision, sales conversions, or land acquisition.What Success Looks Like (Year 1)

- All pending design deliverables and sales storytelling kits are completedzero bottlenecks.
- The Eco Hub template is documented and actively used to scout new regions.
- The 4Q quality framework is successfully embedded across all active projects.
- Two new product typologies are business-validated and ready for development.

- The Mindset: Deeply passionate about nature-first ecological design (no greenwashing); strikes a perfect balance between high-end creativity and sharp business acumen.
- The Skills: Proven background in master-planning or mixed-use design; stellar storytelling capabilities for non-designer audiences; advanced tech-savviness (using PM software and AI tools to accelerate research).
