Provision LPARs, micro-partitions & DLPAR setup.
Configure VIO Servers, NPIV, SEA & PowerVM.
Write Korn/Bash Shell scripts for maintenance.
Build Ansible playbooks for OS deployment automation.

Required Candidate profile

Run NIM master OS updates & TL/SP patches.
Execute AIX security hardening & RBAC audits.
Fix performance issues via topas, nmon & iostat.
Support PowerHA/HACMP cluster HA setup.
