Hiring: India People Business Partner (People Business Partner / HRBP)

Location: Hyderabad (100% Onsite)
Shift: Permanent Night Shift (5:00 PM 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
Experience: 8–10+ Years (Robust 7+ years can also be considered)
Employment Type: Contract (Till February/March, with possibility of extension)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on People Business Partner (HRBP) to support our rapidly growing India operations. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner closely with business leaders to build a strong employee culture, proactively resolve people challenges, and create an exceptional employee experience.

This is not a traditional HRBP role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, working closely with managers and employees, identifying risks early, and driving practical people solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders on day-to-day people and business priorities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coach managers on performance management, employee development, and people-related challenges.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Identify and mitigate people risks before they become escalations.
- Support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and role clarity.
- Lead change management initiatives during business growth and operational changes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and company standards.
- Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement,



attendance, and performance to recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with HR Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Required Skills

- 8–10+ years of HR Business Partner / People Business Partner experience.
- Strong experience in Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
- Proven experience in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Experience coaching managers and partnering with senior business leaders.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Hands-on experience in change management and organizational effectiveness.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy interpretation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a 100% onsite, permanent night-shift environment.
