Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated 3D Printing Engineer with 57 years of experience in additive manufacturing to support product development, supplier management, and manufacturing readiness. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise in 3D printing processes, supplier development, and engineering query resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end 3D printing manufacturing activities, including process selection, build preparation, production, and post-processing.
- Develop and qualify suppliers for additive manufacturing components, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Review engineering drawings, CAD models,
and specifications; resolve technical and manufacturing queries with internal teams and suppliers.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with design, quality, procurement, and production teams for seamless project execution.
- Support prototype development, validation, and first-article inspections.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and quality procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of metal and/or polymer additive manufacturing technologies.
- Proven experience in supplier development, technical query resolution, and manufacturing engineering.
