- Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or Design Strategy
- 4–7 years of experience as a strategic design consultant, innovation strategist, UX strategist, service designer, or similar role
- Experience conducting market research, customer research, competitive analysis, and trend identification
- Experience in product management, product design, UX design, UI thinking, persona development, journey mapping, concept testing, product strategy, and service design
- Understanding of how technological capabilities and adjacent innovations can drive recent value and open fresh opportunities in the near term
- Working knowledge of artificial intelligence, Generative AI, and intelligent product ecosystems




- Experience incorporating AI into design strategy, research synthesis, concept development, or UX/UI workflows

Preferred:

- Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and their application in business contexts
- Experience using Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
- Familiarity with front-end development and testing techniques
- Experience with Gemini, Claude, Figma Make, Miro, Dovetail, and NotebookLM
- Experience facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions
- Experience contributing to business case development, roadmap creation, and opportunity prioritization
